Yes, it is designed exclusively for 2 guests, ideal for couples.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included for all guests and can be served in your villa, at the bar, or on the beach — along with unlimited coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Is airport transfer included?
Yes, complimentary transfers are included both ways from Lio Airport, the port, or the bus station.
Is the private pool exclusively ours?
Yes. The private pool is reserved solely for guests of your villa — no sharing.
How do we access the villa?
The Overlooking Villas are accessed via stairs up the hillside. We recommend these villas for guests in normal physical condition. They may not be suitable for guests with injuries, limited mobility, or very young children.
What is included in our villa stay?
Your stay includes a free motorcycle with petrol, kayak with full equipment, snorkelling gear, airport and port transfers, unlimited non-alcoholic drinks in the room, and laundry service.
