Hilltop Villas
The villas sit up the hillside. Four of the six have a private pool, and all of them look out over Caadlao Island and Bacuit Bay. The climb is real: some villas are over 100 steps up. Guests tell us the view is worth it, and we tell them how many steps before they book.
Beachfront Rooms
The rooms sit closer to the beach. Sea views, private balconies, no hillside. Room One is on the ground floor with no stairs at all. Same inclusions, lower rate.

Seven minutes on foot to El Nido town. Fifteen minutes by car from Lio Airport.

No. Only 4 villas have a private pool.

Yes. Direct beach access from the property. The beach opens to Bacuit Bay and Caadlao Island.
