Is airport transfer included?
Yes, complimentary transfers are included both ways — from Lio Airport, the bus station, or the port. Just let us know your arrival details when booking.
How far is Morgan Villas from El Nido town and the airport?
We're 7 minutes on foot from El Nido town and approximately 15 minutes by car from Lio Airport.
Do you have parking?
We have motorcycle parking directly in front of the property. For cars, due to the narrow road, we recommend parking in town and getting around using one of our complimentary motorcycles.
Rooms & Villas
What types of accommodation do you offer?
We have 2 Villas with Private Pool, 2 Villas with Sea View, and 3 Rooms with Sea View — each designed for couples or small families.
What are the Overlooking Villas?
The Overlooking Villas are situated up in the hills with stunning views of Caadlao Island and El Nido. There are 2 — one with a private pool, and one with a private terrace and exterior shower. Access is via stairs and requires normal physical condition. Not recommended for guests with injuries or limited mobility.
Do all villas have a private pool?
No. Only the Main Villa and Sunset Villa have private pools. All other rooms and villas have direct beach access — with the sea literally seconds away.
Is there a shared pool at the property?
There is no public pool on-site. Our pool is the sea — right in front of the property, and far better than any hotel pool.
Food & Drink
Is breakfast included?
Yes! Breakfast is included for all guests, along with unlimited coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks. It can be served in your room, at the bar, or on the beach — your choice, every morning.
Do you have a restaurant?
Our in-house restaurant is coming soon. In the meantime, we offer delivery from the best restaurants in El Nido town, arranged through our front desk.

Yes! Our beach bar offers full service right on the sand — the perfect spot for sundowners.

Guests can snorkel directly in front of the property and use our two-person kayak to explore the coastline at their own pace.
Can the concierge arrange tours?
Absolutely. We offer a curated selection of inland and sea tours. Just speak to our team at the front desk or reach out in advance.
